Özkan Demir Çelik is located at “Iron and Steel Zone” in İzmir-Aliağa over a land of 100.000 sq meter. Our company, having a production capacity up to 500.000 tons per year, has been actively dealing with the production activities in the plants consisting of three different rolling units for small, medium and large hot rolled profiles.

By considering the value added products based on the corporate principle i.e. “add-valued products, more countries to export”, the production range of the products has been extended day by day as from 2000 meaning the series of unequal angles in 2001, light series of Construction Beams in 2002, Bulb Flats in 2003, IPE series in 2004 and heavy sections for construction and special profiles in 2007.

Özkan Demir Çelik has been rendering services by means of fast production, quick delivery and competitive rates for the third parties and shipyards involved in “Power Transmission Lines” and “Steel-Constructed Buildings” both in Türkiye and the world.

We keep on going forward to be a global company based on our deep experience, qualification and reliability we gained during all our business activities in domestic market for long years.

In order to perform the physical and chemical tests by means of cutting-edge-technology devices on the basis of heat number and issue the Mill Test Certificates, our company arranged a department of “Quality Control Laboratory” within the body of the company in 1995.

Additionally, the product range includes nearly 850 profiles consisting of Equal Angles, Unequal Angles, Bulb Flats, Inverted Angle, NPI, IPE, IPE A, IPE AA, American I Beam, Universal Beam, RSJ, H Beam, NPU, UPE, UE, TFC, PFC, C shapes, Flat, Wide Flat, Round and Square products on the basis of world standards i.e. ASTM, DIN, JIS, BS, TS and EN.

In order to render a better service particularly Turkish shipbuilding industry, Özkan Demir Çelik has added some significant sizes of Bulb Flats to the range of the products kept in warehouses located in Gebze İstanbul selling ship plates to all shipyards.

Besides the sales operations executed in domestic market through the appointed dealers constituted by Özkan Demir Çelik, the “cold and hot rolled galvanized sheets” and heavy sections of NPU-NPI and HEA-HEB profiles which are also all included in the sales portfolio of the dealers all around the country are imported from the leader global suppliers thus the requirements and needs of each customer can be fulfilled properly on time.

Particularly, for the specific needs of the customers in scope of sheet opening, slicing “trapeze” and Seamless sheet profile, Özkan Demir Çelik carries out the production activities towards such requirements in specifically organized department for only sheet processing in Aliağa Plant.

Today, three sons of the “Founder, Father Kenan Özkan” who is the possessor of the occupational deep experience of 50 years have committed to keep on the merits gained from their father as well as their theoretical educations and the latest technological innovations a long with up-to-date management models.
